Position: Commercial Finance Advisor
1099 – Commission Only
As a Commercial Finance Advisor, you will work directly with business owners and real estate investors to structure and secure financing solutions that help them grow, scale, and operate more efficiently.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate financing options while building your own independent book of business under the Union Point Commercial Finance brand.
What You'll Do
Originate and manage commercial finance opportunities
Work with business owners and investors to identify financing needs
Guide clients through the financing process from application to funding
Build long-term client relationships and referral partnerships
Collaborate with internal support teams to close deals efficiently
